Mechanica is a game of tile-laying and engine building. Each player buys puzzle piece-shaped machines and slots them together to form their factory. The different machines all improve the Tidybots your factory can make: building new Tidybots, upgrading them, copying them, and more. There are many strategies for putting your machines together, and everyone has fun trying to build the perfect factory!

“Mechanica is unique in many of its gameplay features, and I believe community input will be essential in creating the best experience for as many people as possible.
While the core gameplay will remain the same in the full version,
I am very much open to making whatever changes necessary to improve and streamline the gameplay experience for the community.”
Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
“Mechanica will remain in early access until the addition of creative mode and multiplayer.
There will also be a significant amount of additional content added before the full version is released.
Ideally, this will be completed around the end of 2020.”
How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?
“The two most significant additions to the full version creative mode and multiplayer.
In addition this, much more content will be present in
the final game, including more craftable objects,
an expanded map, more enemy types, and improved enemy AI.”
What is the current state of the Early Access version?
“The game is currently fully playable in survival mode. There is functioning enemy AI,
many objects to craft, an open-world desert map, a hunger,
and a thirst system and a fully functional visual programming system.”

“I intend Mechanica’s development highly influenced the community.
The main reason for releasing Mechanica Early Access so the community plays
